If they are all loose that cuts down on price. Don't confuse on GI Joe military figures with Hasbro made GI Joe brand figures. The prices I'm saying are for Hasbro GI Joes. Complete figures, meaning they have all the equipment they come with can go for between $10 and $20. Incomplete depend on what figure and what it's missing and can run from $1 to $10 a figure. There are also some newer GI Joe figures from 2003 and 2004 that didn't have a wide distribution and they can run from $40 up to $100 mint in package and half of that loose, with complete equipment and uniform.

The Tank Destroyer half-track complete out of package would be around $100, but I have seen them sell much lower. They made a few different jeeps for the classic collection. The Shore Patrol seems to be the most sought after right now. It included a SP figure. While the army version with the fabric top is also a good seller. Both should run about $40 loose and the SP jeep add another $10 if you have the figure. They made a Desert Patrol Jeep, tan in color, that sells between $25 & $30 loose but complete. There was also a company called Formative International and sold jeeps under Soldiers of the World. They can look very much like Hasbro GI Joe jeeps, but are not worth as much.

As for accessories if you have extra after outfitting the figures you have a bag at auction would go from $1 to $5 gus for the gear.

I am actually experiencing the same issue. I just purchased a 98 jeep Cherokee Laredo and everything seems to work great but no sound coming from the radio. It has speakers. I tried another radio that works in my other jeep with the same result. I post back if i find the answer. I hope there is an easy answer other the electrical issues.

May seem dumb, but have you checked to see if the speakers are hooked up to the radio? if they are, the connector on the back of the radio may be messed up (unlikely since you tried 3 different ones) or wiring to the speakers may be damaged, or connections to the speakers may be loose or damaged, or the speakers themselves may be damaged. And if the radio powers up, its not a fuse. Hope this helps

EDIT

If you do have an amp, then the fuse to it may be blown. The fuse may be an in-line fuse (connected within the wiring, not the fuse box) .

Fog lights have a wide, flat beam that should be aimed to shine close to the ground and under the fog to illuminate the road surface in front of your vehicle. They should be used only with low beam headlights.

Driving lights are kind of like an additional high beam headlight that throws a fairly narrow beam of light further down the road. Driving lights should be wired to come on only with your high beam headlights.

If you want lights to use off-road at night, you should go for roof mounted off-road lights.

Fog lights emit a different frequency of light. This allows better visibility in fog. The newer "Xenon" headlights emit a frequency of light appropriate for both clear weather and fog, hence when vehicles have Xenon lights, the manufacturer doesn't need to install fog lights, but may rather give "Daytime Driving" or "LED" lights.
